ITnova is seeking a Technical Writer to develop clear and concise documentation for IT systems, processes, and solutions.
Duties:
- Write technical manuals, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly language.
- Work with engineers and analysts to gather content.
- Maintain version control of documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry documentation standards.
- Develop training materials and quick reference guides.
- Edit and proofread documentation for accuracy.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
Preferred Certifications: Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC).
General Experience: Five (5) years in technical writing or documentation.
Specialized Experience:
- Three (3) years writing IT system or software documentation.
- Strong skills in MS Office, Adobe, or documentation tools.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams.
