Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring Cooks for Cambridge Brands! This is a great opportunity in a food manufacturing environment for individuals with cooking or food prep experience who are looking to grow their career in production.
What You’ll Do:
- Mix and blend ingredients used to make nougat
- Operate kitchen equipment and monitor the cooking process
- Handle raw materials and finished products safely
- Follow department procedures and complete production documentation
- Train across different jobs in processing and packaging
- Ensure quality, safety, and cost standards are consistently met
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong basic math skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
