Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid

Payband 109: $67,855 - $84,819 

Bonus eligible, up to 5% of annual salary based on company and team performance

Responsibilities:

  • Support multi-client environments with cross-platform expertise – yes, that means macOS and Windows.
  • Maintain MDM solutions and end user devices. 
  • Talking to humans, not just typing on keyboards. 
  • Troubleshoot server, NAS and cloud issues.
  • Assist in IT project deployments and upgrades.
  • Provide deskside support for end users.
  • Communicate clearly, frequently.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of IT support experience, including onsite work.
  • Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf and Intune come to mind) and networking concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting and project implementation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Apple (ACSP, ACIP), Microsoft (MD-102, MS-102), Jamf, or networking certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Windows Servers, NAS storage devices, and cloud environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.

Expectations:

  • 40% Reactive work, 40% Proactive work, 20% Project work
  • Working at client sites, with option for in-market office
  • Paid on call available
  • Weekly billable goal of 36 hours
