JOB SUMMARY:

Our Business Developer is responsible for acquiring new business for the company through effective prospecting and lead-generation.  Develops book of business across various geographical areas that the company services.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct outside B2B sales activities by creating relationships with decision influencers/makers, current buyers, and new prospects within organizations
  
• Generate leads and sales for business growth through multiple avenues including cold calling, foot prospecting, etc.
• Demonstrate expertise in our products and services to clearly communicate the benefits via presentations and product demonstrations
• Develop best-in-class proposals/pricing schedules and present to high-level decision makers identifying customer needs and incorporating value-added solutions
• Close new business by coordinating and negotiating contract requirements
  Additional responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Business Development role focusing on client acquisition
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
  
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
• Experience in commercial sales is a plus
