Location:               Nashville, Tennessee > Hybrid Position
Reports To:           Senior Account Director

About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, organized, and collaborative Account Coordinator who’s ready to jump in and make things happen. With about 2 years of agency experience under your belt, you know how fast-paced, exciting, and detail-driven this world can be. You’ll be the go-to support for our Senior Account Director—keeping projects on track, help with preparing meeting decks and reports, assist in client comms, and keep creative ideas flowing. Bonus points if you’ve worked with both federal government clients and commercial clients —that means you know how to flex between structured, mission-driven work and bold, brand-building campaigns. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a key support partner for account managers on day-to-day client management. 
  • Prep client-ready decks, recaps, reporting and meeting notes.
  • Keep timelines, deliverables, and budgets organized (and your team sane).
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to make sure projects run smoothly. 
  • Experience with social media planning and buying is an additional plus, especially tools like Sprout, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.
  • Track budgets, invoices, and project milestones with accuracy.
  • Jump in on research and insights that help guide smart, creative solutions.
  • Keep the details moving while never losing sight of the bigger picture.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in an agency environment—you’ve seen the pace and you’re ready for more.
  • U.S. Citizenship required (some of our clients require it).
  • A knack for communication—whether that’s writing a crisp client email or presenting updates to the team.
  • Organization is your superpower. You know how to juggle deadlines, details, and demands without breaking a sweat.
  • Curious, proactive, and always ready to learn the “why” behind the work – a student of the industry.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Click-Up project management tools, and digital platforms.
