Management Level:

Position Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing all rendering operations, including both production and mechanical functions. The primary objective is to ensure the production of high-quality products in a safe, clean, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all rendering functions, including production and mechanical operations.

• Maintain product quality standards while ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.

• Ensure team members adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Serve as acting General foreman when that role is vacant or the incumbent is absent, assuming all related responsibilities.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of rendering operations experience required, with prior supervisory or management experience preferred.

Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to prepare and submit reports.

Knowledge & Abilities:

• Strong understanding of production and mechanical processes.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team while enforcing company policies and safety standards.

• Capable of assuming higher-level supervisory responsibilities when needed.

• Have excellent communication skills, must be able to communicate effectively with the plant

Travel: 1-2 trips a year

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or technical certification in a related field.

• Experience in both production and maintenance management.

• Familiarity with industry-specific equipment and safety regulations.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Previous experience acting in a supervisory capacity during management absences.
