AAON, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated high school student to support our Warehouse and Receiving Office team. This internship offers exposure to supply chain operations in a professional setting, focusing on administrative and clerical tasks. The role is strictly non-safety-sensitive and does not involve operating machinery or handling hazardous materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with logging and tracking incoming shipments
• Organize and file receiving documents and packing slips
• Update inventory records in digital systems under supervision
• Communicate with internal departments regarding received goods
• Help maintain clean and organized office areas
• Shadow warehouse office staff to learn about logistics and inventory processes

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in high school, preferably junior or senior
• Interest in logistics, business operations, or supply chain management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Must be able to work in a non-safety-sensitive capacity
