As a Float Pool Member Services Representative (MSR), you’ll play an essential role in creating welcoming environments and supporting clinic operations across multiple locations, including Auburn, North Seattle, and mobile units serving King and Pierce Counties.
Position Summary
As a Float Pool Member Services Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for members, providing exceptional service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. This dynamic role requires adaptability, professionalism, and a passion for delivering outstanding care in a variety of settings.
What You’ll Do
🌟 Member Engagement
- Greet members, visitors, and vendors warmly, creating a supportive and welcoming environment.
- Answer phones, direct inquiries, and facilitate communication between members and clinic staff.
- Assist with member flow, ensuring smooth check-ins, appointments, and transitions.
- Address member questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
📋 Administrative Support
- Use the electronic medical records (EMR) system to schedule appointments, update member records, and track attendance.
- Collect and process member fees, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Take and upload member photos into the EMR system for secure record-keeping.
- Route incoming mail and faxes while maintaining an organized front desk environment.
🚐 Adaptability Across Locations
- Float between Auburn, North Seattle clinics, and mobile units across King and Pierce County as needed.
- Quickly adapt to new team environments while maintaining consistent service standards.
- Support mobile unit operations, including assisting members in navigating clinic services.
🛠 Operational Excellence
- Maintain clean and organized waiting areas, ensuring they are welcoming and stocked with supplies.
- Monitor member behavior and collaborate with Safety Officers and clinical staff to address any issues calmly and professionally.
- Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
What You’ll Bring
🎓 Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or higher degree preferred.
- Two years of experience in medical or SUD field
- At least two years of experience in reception or customer service, preferably in a medical or mental health setting.
- Reliable transportation

- Exceptional adaptability to work across multiple clinic and mobile unit settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse member populations and team members.
