In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing innovative, efficient, and actionable technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with other engineers to translate customer needs into use cases and high-level requirements, and to identify suitable solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that products are delivered on time, under budget, and with successful deployment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new software, maintain and improve existing software
  • Ensure that software functionality is implemented with a with a focus on code optimization and organization.
  • Recommend improvements to existing software programs.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
  • Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure.
  • Provide coaching to Junior Associates and Associates.
  • Works independently on complex projects.

Role Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as a JAVA backend developer.
  • Student or graduate in Computer Science degree or related fields.
  • Knowledge in the tools of Java, Java Script, SQL, Oracle.
  • Excellent decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model.
  • Advanced English level is required.
  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.
