What you will do:
Lead and supervise your section within the kitchen
Participate hands-on in all areas of food preparation and service
Mentor and support junior team members
Ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
Contribute to creating memorable culinary experiences for our guests
What you bring:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury or high-end kitchen
Strong culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail
Passion for food and hospitality
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desire to grow and develop leadership skills
You must already have the legal right to work in the UK
