Purpose of the Role

You will be working as part of a small team in a busy gatehouse, administrating opeartions at the Steel Terminal.

You will be dealing with customers, cargo agents an port workers to ensure steel is moved efficiently and effectively  in and out of the terminal

Responsibilities

Ensuring collecting vehicles are processed in accordance with our terminal procedures

Support management in effective and safe  running of the terminal.

Ensure hauliers are complient with the terminal procedures

Deal with requests, queries and complaints in a shared inbox

Skills and Experience

Expereince and knoledge of customer service

The ability to manage and prioritise mutiple tasks in a busy environment

Good IT skills, familiar with Microsoft packages 

Experience working in a port/maritime environment
