The Role

The Compliance Analyst position, as part of Fidelity's Workplace Investing (WI) organization, is responsible for working with clients and business partners to perform a wide range of compliance/nondiscrimination testing services for qualified, defined contribution plans.

  • Preparation of complex Employer Calculations and Additional NDT processing

  • Provide support to other staff members for more advanced and special tier Testing & Reporting work

  • Respond to basic technical and data related questions from clients and business partners

  • Research and reconcile processing errors/issues related to production work

  • Must have experience working with retirement plans

  • Must have strong written communication skills

  • A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction

  • Strong math and accounting skills

  • Ability to read and understand retirement plan documents

The Testing & Reporting Compliance Analyst works as part of a team to deliver best in class support and expertise to the WI Client Service Teams and most importantly our clients to help them meet the regulatory requirements of having a qualified retirement plan. In Testing & Reporting Services, we strive to continuously evolve our processes, systems, and training, to increase quality, drive efficiency, and provide a better experience for our Clients and Associates.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
