What You'll Do:

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities

• Support personnel actions such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments

• Help plan and implement HR events and engagement initiatives

• Conduct research, organize data, and assist with special projects

• Maintain and organize personnel files and HR records

• Provide administrative support, data entry, and customer service to employees

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based record systems

• A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and projects independently
