JOB TITLE
GAF Head of Section
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Project Management
• Lead cross-functional projects including system implementation, infrastructure enhancement, workspace renovations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Define project scope, budget, and timelines; report key milestones and results to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Safety, and external contractors to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
• Perform risk assessments and apply mitigation strategies for high-impact initiatives.
2. Operation & Facility Management
• Manage day-to-day operations of production support facilities, meeting rooms, shared spaces, and work environment programs.
• Oversee service contracts for utilities, facility systems, and operational programs to ensure service quality and cost-efficiency.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, identify deficiencies, and execute corrective actions.
• Support long-term facility and infrastructure planning in coordination with Finance and Engineering.
3. Administrative Operations
• Maintain accurate records of administrative processes, regulatory filings, and operational documentation.
• Streamline administrative workflows using digital tools and continuous improvement practices.
• Manage inventory and allocation of company assets, furniture, and shared-use equipment.
4. Vendor & Contract Management
• Source, evaluate, and manage third-party vendors for services including facilities, catering, security, and business operations.
• Draft and negotiate service agreements, ensuring adherence to SLAs, compliance requirements, and budgetary limits.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and lead contract renewals or renegotiations as necessary.
5. Employee Services & Welfare
• Operate and improve employee support services such as cafeteria operations, janitorial programs, team wear distribution, vending/micro-market services, and general business operation programs.
• Gather and respond to employee feedback related to service quality and ensure resolution of concerns.
6. Budget Management & Reporting
• Develop and manage the annual General Affairs budget across operational and capital expenditure categories.
• Monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and ensure fiscal discipline in alignment with company financial goals.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports highlighting project status, operational KPIs, and cost performance..
7. VIP Visit & Event Support
• Plan and coordinate logistics for executive visits, board meetings, internal events, and site tours.
• Manage end-to-end arrangements including hospitality, catering, room setup, security coordination, and protocol adherence.
• Act as a primary liaison during VIP visits, ensuring smooth execution and cross-functional support.
• Collect feedback post-event and lead continuous improvement efforts for future engagements.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in general affairs, administration, or facility operations, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects or infrastructure improvement initiatives.
