FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR – Hamilton Island, Holiday Homes
Our Hamilton Island Holiday Homes department offers unique self-catering accommodation options across the island for our valued guests. We’re currently managing 160 individually-owned holiday homes around the island, ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to 7-bedroom luxury homes, and we continue to expand.
Hamilton Island Holiday Homes has an opportunity for an experienced and polished Host to join our professional and guest focused team.

- Supervising the operations of the front office/reception area
- Responding to guests requests, enquiries & complaints
- Overseeing the management of ledgers, house accounts & late charges
- Assisting in overseeing and managing room allocations & check-in
- Managing efficient & effective communication systems
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the patience to work effectively with team members. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently are essential in this role.
To be successful, you will need:
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Guest Service Agent in a 4-5 star property
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
- An ability to treat each guest with a personal, attentive and refined level of seamless 5-star service
- Willingness to exceed guest expectations
- Proficiency in a computerised front office system
- A QLD current open driver licence
- Must be eligible to obtain a Restricted Driver Authority (must have held driver licence for min 3 years continuous)
