Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Customer Service & Logistics team, responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, C&F coordination, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

  • Monitor and analyze constraint/unconstraint forecasts
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels at C&F locations
  • Coordinate with Distribution Manager for timely supply execution
  • Manage supply status reviews and reporting

C&F Operations

  • Implement and monitor C&F SOP compliance
  • Drive timely order billing and documentation
  • Track POD status and coordinate with transporters
  • Generate regular performance reports using Power BI

Customer Service

  • Support CSM in maintaining service excellence
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (preferred)

Experience

  • Years: 3-5 years
  • Industry: FMCG/Chemical/Manufacturing
  • Systems: SAP(O2C module)
  • Tools: Power BI, Advanced Excel

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in SAP O2C processes
  • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
  • Power BI dashboard creation and analysis
  • Data analysis and reporting

Soft Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Process orientation and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to task management
