We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Manager in our Commack, NY location. As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and creating a world-class experience for our customers. Essential duties and responsibilities of the Inside Sales Manager: 

  • Provide pre-and post-order support to key dealers, and to the local sales team.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
  • Setting and tracking sales targets for your team
  • Uses computer database to research availability of merchandise. Fills customer orders from stock or prepares transfer from other location.
  • Work with sales to take off and submit job quotes.
  • Provide technical support to the sales organization, including monitoring shipping, delivery and return status, as required.
  • Enter and follow orders until they are successfully delivered to the customer on time.
  • Handle incoming customer requests for bids and product information, equipment specifications and applications selections.
  • Provide post-sale follow-up and support as required.
  • Work with customers, sales, and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Other duties as assigned.
