What we are looking for
NextCare is seeking a motivated Referral Ambassador Sales Representative to be the driving force behind our referral growth. If you're passionate about building lasting relationships, skilled at promoting valuable services, and adept at managing the referral process from start to finish, this role is for you. You'll play a crucial part in connecting patients with the care they need while expanding NextCare's reach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to potential referral partners (PCP's and Family Practice) to promote services and generate new business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including providers, clinic managers and schedulers.
- Attend networking events and community outreach programs to represent the organization.
- Provide regular updates and reports on referral trends.
- Serve as a point of contact for referral partners and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure a high level of satisfaction among referral sources and clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Treats patients and co-workers consistent with the NextCare Mission Statement, Vision, Values and Performance Standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or described in Company policy.
Essential Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, healthcare coordination, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
