Job Title: HR Generalist

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team! An ideal applicant is a professional, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is capable of multi-tasking and assisting with a variety of human resources tasks that support the various day-to-day HR functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support across core HR functions, including onboarding, employee lifecycle communications, compliance documentation, and digital recordkeeping, with attention to risk mitigation and industry standards
- Help monitor employee trends through exit interviews, engagement surveys, and HR data systems
- Supports the performance review process by communicating with leadership and employees regarding the completion and results of annual performance reviews
- Serves as a point of contact for guidance and support to employees regarding routine HR matters, policies, and procedures
- Responds to employee inquiries regarding HR concerns in a timely manner while recognizing when to escalate complex HR matters to the HR Director
- Preserves accurate physical and digital files for all employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records in HR Systems
- Keeps up-to-date records for all employee licensure while communicating expiration dates in a timely manner and enforcing compliance with employees
- Maintains accurate records, monitors discrepancies and inconsistencies, tracks and verifies overtime, collaborate with the payroll department to ensure all time and attendance data is accurate before payroll is processed
- Contribute to HR communications, including policy updates, employee announcements, and recognition initiatives.
- Prepares HR reports and analytics to support audits and HR metrics
- Performs simple office tasks such as filing, scanning, answering telephone calls, and basic data entry
- Brings new ideas to leadership to further enhance a positive work environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our employee morale
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with all company policies and HR procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- Education:
- High School Diploma
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Work Experience:
- At least one (1) year of Human Resources administrative experience or equivalent internship
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Knowledge of various HR platforms
- Understanding of federal and state labor laws
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
