JOB SUMMARY:
The Video Production Manager is responsible for managing, planning, and producing videos across multiple formats to include social shorts, interviews, testimonials, event coverage, product explainers, and more while in collaboration with our marketers and content team. This position sets up, records, and coordinates live streaming for corporate offices, events, in-studio interviews, and external locations. The Video Production Manager edits footage into professional content that aligns with brand and business goals. This position collaborates with marketing and leadership to create content that connects emotionally and delivers results. The Video Production Manager reports to the Director of Marketing and provides excellent customer service to team members and external customers while demonstrating the company values and supporting the mission.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, plan, and produce videos across multiple formats to include social shorts, interviews, testimonials, event coverage, product explainers, and more while in collaboration with our marketers and content team
- Responsible for set up, recording, and coordinating live streaming for corporate offices, events, in-studio interviews, and external locations
- Edit footage into professional content that aligns with brand and business goals
- Maintain and improve in-house studio and equipment
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to create content that connects emotionally and delivers results
- Audio Visual support for internal company and team events
- Ability to switch between creative, technical, and strategic hats
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities
- Balance brand consistency with creative experimentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 4 years of experience in video production: agency, freelance, in-house, or a mix
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere (After Effects and motion graphics a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Portfolio that shows your range: lighting, framing, editing, sound, pacing, storytelling
- Confidence managing gear and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks
- Strong oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
