POSITION SUMMARY
Enhances the quality of life for our members/team members by meeting or exceeding their service expectations. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the marketing team. Duties include assisting with campaigns, marketing collateral, promotions and programs, branch projects, planning and coordination of events, social media, and administrative support for meetings and materials. Works with vendors and coordinates meetings as appropriate to ensure timely production of distribution of promotional materials. Committed to providing work with accuracy and details, while meeting established target dates. Uses appropriate channels to communicate marketing promotions and maintains awareness of new trends and developments in marketing and the financial services space. Manages time wisely to achieve essential duties and responsibilities.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Marketing Support – Assist with marketing campaigns and corresponding deliverables. Help with maintaining all marketing materials for branch fulfillment and monitors distribution processes.
Branch Collateral- Supports branch activities by assisting in enhancement of the visual appeal of branches. Coordinates and supports activities with outside printers, service agencies, advertisers, and vendors to ensure cost effective project completion within scheduled deadlines while maintaining the highest quality. Helps monitor and maintain marketing calendar to ensure compliance with required member notifications.
Administrative Support - Write and proofread external and internal communications including staff announcements, press releases, social media content, corporate newsletter, printed and digital marketing materials, website content, and media advisories. Review all work to ensure Compliance regulations are met. Assist with planning and scheduling marketing meetings, all staff meetings, vendor meetings, annual membership meetings, and act as a notetaker.
Event Coordination – Assist in the planning and execution of successful top-quality events (in- person, virtual, and hybrid). Compile and manage event invitation lists; coordinate event communications including attendance updates; process event-related invoices and track expenses, produce event materials, solicit speakers, compile event attendance and metrics, and ensure services such as food and drinks are appropriate.
Branch Promotion Support –Coordinates installation of fixtures, decor, and signage. Works with vendors to ensure work is consistent and completed on time. Reviews all projects during and after completion of installation. Maintains all marketing materials for branch fulfillment and manages distribution processes. Supports branch activities by assisting in enhancement of the visual appeal of branches. Develops and maintains templates in project management platform, to ensure project timelines and branding standards are achieved.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing obtained through a formal 4-year program at an accredited educational facility preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience:
A minimum of 1-3 years of marketing experience is required.

- Must demonstrate a functional knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act in addition to other Federal laws, including but not limited to U.S. Patriot Act, Office of Foreign Assets & Control, Anti-Money Laundering, Right to Financial Privacy Act, and the Bank Bribery Act.
