Programme Controller

What you will be doing:
We have an exciting opportunity for a programme controller within this role you will be responsible for the ongoing planning and management of our BP&F Capability development. This will include managing the resource challenge, managing governance and risk. Secondly, you will support the planning for the windows process, and data inputs at key times in the window.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Capability improvements which currently happen twice a year, including interfacing with the IT and Accenture teams.
- Report the status of Capability projects in accordance with requirements
- Accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders in accordance with the defined timescales
- Facilitate and manage risk and opportunity activities
- Deliver smaller, lower complexity projects or aspects of projects within the wider capability team
- Develop & implement Project Management best practice into the team
- Support the planning for the CRP window process and deputise for the other Project Controller

- Project Planning and Controls (PPC) or the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) desirable
- Experience of developing schedules within a complex environment
- Support management and key stakeholders in decision making.
- Collaborating with other team members and wider business teams to maintain data integrity and share best practices
- Communication, influencing & relationship management skills
- A drive to succeed and get things done

The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate but is anticipated to be Grade 7-10.
