What you'll bring to the team:

 

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant to help put the sparkle into secondary spends. At Madame Tussauds London this means we give our guests everything they need to create and share their favourite kind of fun with memorable products, exciting store layouts, tasty treats, and spellbinding photo concepts all to increase their spending and dwell time.

 

As a Warehouse Assistant you’ll ensure our guests have access to those special items that put the cherry on top of a world class experience. You will accept, collect, and distribute deliveries across the site, working between multiple storerooms to ensure the smooth operation of stock control and availability to the retail points.

 

You’ll also process all paperwork related to deliveries and interbranch stock transfers, making sure it is accurate, and in a timely manner, all whilst supporting the Retail and Operations team to deliver Guest Obsession through everything they do. 

 

We have a full time (permanent) role available , working a minimum of 30 hours per week. Madame Tussauds is open daily and so we do require a flexible attitude towards working hours as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience:

We think you’ll add some sparkle if you;

• Have plenty of logistics/warehouse experience, with proven experience in managing stock
• Are able to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external customers alike
• Enjoy working as part of a wider attraction team
• Have strong IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office
• Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Are an excellent communicator with the drive and motivation to ensure commercial success at every opportunity
