We’re on the hunt for a Night Manager with charm in spades, calm under pressure, and a knack for making people feel right at home.

By day, the hotel hums with activity — but by night, you’re the captain of the ship. As Night Manager, you’re the ultimate multitasker: You keep the hotel safe, the guests happy, and the ledger perfectly balanced (yes, you’ll be the hero who makes sure the numbers behave before sunrise).

When the rest of the departments have clocked out, you’re the go-to decision-maker, steering the ship through any late-night surprise situations. You’ll also pitch in across departments when needed.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need a sharp mind for the financial side of Front of House, a deep knowledge of hotel policies and procedures across the board.

 

●       Oversee all hotel operations during the night to ensure safety, smooth service, and guest satisfaction.

 

●       Welcome and assist guests, resolve issues, and ensure no one leaves unhappy.

 

●       Manage reservations, room allocations, and last-minute changes with precision.

 

●       Balance all financial transactions, payments, and reports before sunrise.

 

●       Maximise revenue through upselling and cross-selling without compromising service.

 

●       Lead and support the night team with clear briefings and guidance.

 

●       Monitor the property, address issues quickly, and coordinate with all departments.

 

●       Keep Front of House organised, stocked, and in line with brand standards.

 

●        Warm, approachable, and confident personality that makes guests feel instantly at ease.

●        Sharp eye for detail, with a knack for catching even the tiniest discrepancies.

●        Calm and decisive under pressure, able to act quickly and effectively.

●        Comfortable navigating MEWS like it’s second nature.

●        Previous Night Manager role in a 5-star and/or lifestyle property.

●        Inspiring leader who can motivate and energise the team.

●        Delivers service that’s not just good — but truly personal and memorable.

●        Solid understanding of the technical, financial, and operational side of the front office.

●        Fully versed in departmental procedures, ensuring standards are consistently met.

●        Handles guest feedback with a solutions-first mindset and a positive approach.

●       Good Knowledge of a PMS and Unifocus.
