Location: NAS Pensacola, FL (with travel to NAS Whiting Field, FL: NAS Corpus Christi, TX; and Ft. Novosel, AL)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage aviation training program activities and schedules.
Ensure compliance with established aviation training policies and procedures.
Maintain and analyze training data using specialized databases.
Generate accurate reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Liaise with military personnel, training staff, and other partners to ensure program goals are met.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of training systems and processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge of aviation training program administration (Coast Guard and Navy preferred).
Proficiency in database management, data analysis, and reporting.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with military aviation or aviation training programs.
Familiarity with CGAPP, NIPDR, and TSHARP systems.
- Knowledge of CNATRAINST 1500.4 and Coast Guard aviation directives.
