Hybrid Day Lead (Janitorial) – West Palm Beach, FL en Guardian Service Industries

Bilingual English/Spanish Required – Class A+ Buildings 

We are seeking a reliable Day Lead (Matron) to support janitorial operations in Class A+ commercial buildings in West Palm Beach, FL. This position requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with staff, managers, and clients.

The Day Lead ensures the building maintains a professional appearance during the day by performing hands-on cleaning, responding to tenant requests, and guiding staff as needed.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain restrooms, lobbies, entrances, elevators, and common areas to the highest standards.
   
• Replenish supplies, empty trash receptacles, and police public/exterior areas throughout the day.
   
• Respond quickly to spills, emergencies, and special cleaning requests.
   
• Act as the daytime point of contact for building management and tenants.
   
• Provide support and direction to day staff when required.
   

Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
   
• 1–2 years of janitorial experience; lead experience preferred.
   
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
   
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 30 pounds.
