Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager with proven expertise in managing IT operations and cloud infrastructure, particularly within AWS environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, and relevant AWS certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily IT operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of IT services.
  
• Lead operational support for AWS cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, monitoring, and optimisation.
  
• Drive cloud migration, deployment, and operational excellence initiatives.
  
• Implement and enforce IT operational policies, security, and compliance standards.
  
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and development teams to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Manage incident, change, and problem management processes effectively.
  
• Lead vendor and stakeholder management for IT operational services.
  
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the IT operations team.
  
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8+ years of IT Operations management experience, with at least 3+ years in AWS cloud operations.
  
• AWS Certified (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or equivalent).
  
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure services, including EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch.
  
• Hands-on expertise in cloud security, monitoring, and automation tools.
  
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and operational governance.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Previous experience working in regulated industries is desirable.
