 We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Remote Senor Recruiter to join our dynamic EOTM Specialty Division Team!

If you have a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities in the Engineering, Manufacturing, or Maintenance sectors, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This role requires a strong full desk recruiting background and a proven ability to manage a high-volume desk effectively.

The Senior Recruiter will be skilled in:

• All forms of communication, written and verbal, with supervisors, peers, clients, and/or subordinates.
• Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships; developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
• High level of networking and communication skills with the desire to want to build long lasting working relationships.

Qualifications

What we need you to have:

•  Full Desk Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to closing offers, including direct hire and contract-to-hire placements.
•  High Volume Recruitment: Handle a significant number of requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and effectiveness in the hiring process.
•  Rate Negotiation: Work with clients and candidates to negotiate contract rates and salaries, ensuring competitive offers that align with market standards.
•  Customer Service: Provide exceptional interview and candidate experience, effectively communicating throughout the recruitment process.
• Applicant Tracking Systems: Utilize MS Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems; prior experience with Bullhorn is a plus for record-keeping and candidate management purposes.
• Remote Collaboration: Work efficiently in a remote environment, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills while collaborating with team members across different states.

 Qualifications

•  5+ years of staffing industry experience, specifically in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Maintenance recruitment.
•  Proven full desk recruiting experience with a successful track record in high-volume recruitment.
•  Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients.
•  Proficient in using Microsoft products and Applicant Tracking Systems; Bullhorn experience is a bonus.
•  Familiarity with remote working tools and practices to maintain productivity in a virtual environment.
