Location: Hilliard, OH

What You’ll Do
- Receive, record, and deposit rent and fees daily
- Post payments, process refunds, and reconcile ledgers
- Manage delinquencies and initiate eviction processes as needed
- Prepare and distribute resident statements and utility billing
- Complete daily, weekly, and month-end financial reports
- Assist with audits and ensure financial accuracy
- Support leasing efforts and respond to resident inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial and resident information
- Assist the Property Manager with staff oversight and operations
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience as a leasing agent and assistant property manager.
- Yardi experience is preferred.
- Strong financial and administrative skills
- Ability to handle cash and manage confidential information
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in data entry and reporting
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and property operations
- High school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience)
