All about the role:

In this role you will reporting to the Customer Service Manager Iberia.

 As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Electrolux customers. Your role is to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by managing orders, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
 

Location

The role is based in our office in Alcobendas (Madrid).

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers.
• Manage the order portfolio accurately and proactively.
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails.
• Process returns and claims.
• Identify and suggest improvements to processes and ways of working.

Who you are:

• Proven experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer orientation and adaptability to different customer profiles.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of SAP and/or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. English is a plus.
