About the Role 🪥 

As a Dental Assistant, you will work directly with our pediatric dentists to assist with a variety of dental procedures and help our young patients have a pleasant experience each time they visit.  

Responsibilities:

😊 Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, building trust with young patients and their families for a stress-free visit. 

📚 Educate children and their parents on proper oral care and the importance of regular dental checkups, making learning fun and accessible. 

📝 Accurately maintain patient records, including medical history, treatment notes, and any relevant observations, ensuring thorough charting and documentation. 

🧼 Keep the clinical area spotless and well-organized, strictly following infection control protocols, such as regular sterilization of instruments, to maintain safety and hygiene. 

🛠️ Prepare treatment rooms prior to patient arrival by ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready and available. 

📸 Assist in taking and processing dental X-rays as needed, following all safety guidelines. 

Qualifications: 

📄 Current Dental Assistant (DA) Certification, X Ray license, Infection Control, and CPR certification. 

🖥️ Successful completion of the initial online assessment provided during the application process. 

📅 Availability to work some weekends 

😊 Strong positive and friendly attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment for patients and families. 

Skills:
