- Staff Management: Participate in the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluation of nursing staff, ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing levels for all shifts.

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in California
- 1+ year of Director of Nursing (DON) experience, preferably in a skilled nursing setting
- Proven experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and motivate others
