We’re looking for a driven and experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, drive sales growth, and ensure we deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers. What You’ll Do:
Hire, train, and lead the parts team to achieve department goals
Maintain a balanced inventory to meet the needs of service, body shop, wholesale, and retail customers
Set pricing strategies that ensure profitability and customer loyalty
Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence and maximize turnover
Develop and manage wholesale parts programs and sales promotions
Ensure timely turnaround for internal jobs and special orders
Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals
Oversee shipping, receiving, and accurate processing of orders
Build strong relationships with customers and resolve concerns promptly
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Parts Manager in an RV dealership preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in inventory management and parts sales processes
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Knowledge of manufacturer co-op advertising and return allowance programs is a plus
