We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead one of our busy dealership service departments. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day service operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Chrysler certification is preferred for this position.

What You’ll Do:
Forecast goals and objectives for the service department and work to achieve them
Monitor department performance through reports, tracking systems, and customer surveys
Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
Direct and schedule department staff for maximum efficiency
Prepare pricing guides and maintenance menus for common labor operations
Coordinate with the Parts Manager to ensure timely parts availability
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction ratings
Provide technical training and coaching to team members
What We’re Looking For:
Chrysler experience and certification preferred
Proven leadership experience in an automotive service department
High CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and ESI (Employee Satisfaction Index) scores
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and committed to excellence
Valid driver’s license
