About the Opportunity:
As a Digital Inventory Specialist at Humble Bundle, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the health and availability of our digital product inventory across Bundles, Choice, and Store. You will be responsible for forecasting inventory demand, managing relationships with publishing partners, and ensuring we have an adequate quantity of product inventory to support promotions and customer demand for our subscription and bundle products. This role requires a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
Job Duties:
Provide forecasts to guide key requests across bundles, Choice subscription, and the HumbleStore.
Monitor digital key inventory and take timely action to backfill depleted or low-stock items by liaising with our partners to request keys.
Proactively return excess or unsold inventory to partners in accordance with policies and contractual terms.
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day inventory discussions with partners and internal teams.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to escalate and resolve more complex partner-related inventory issues and help maintain those relationships.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into current inventory, forecasted need, and provide operational insight.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in business management/operations, supply chain, a quantitative discipline, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in e-commerce, product analysis, partner/vendor management, inventory management or a similar role—preferably in gaming, software, or digital goods.
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, QuickSite or similar.
Proficiency in using spreadsheets to organize large quantities of data (Excel or Google Sheets).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Detail oriented with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Bonus:
Experience working with HTML/CSS, SQL or Python
UNIX command line knowledge
Familiarity with video games and video game industry trends
Work Environment:
Work Schedule: Full time working schedule, M-F. There is no expectation for this role to work weekends, holidays, or odd hours.
Travel Requirements: No travel is required for this role.

Work Model: For applicants who reside in or around Los Angeles or New York, there will be a requirement to go into our offices 1-2 days per week. For others located in different areas around the US, this position will be remote. There is a strong consideration for applicants who are based in the Pacific time zone.

Salary Disclosure: Ziff Davis provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The base salary for this position is $70,000 - $85,000, including 401K with company match, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short and long-term disability, and a flexible time off policy.
