Your Role
You'll provide high-quality support to clients and agency & growth partners by processing insurance renewals, endorsements, and debt management across a portfolio of representatives. You'll underwrite risks within your delegation, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and monitor the quality of submissions. Your daily responsibilities will include but not limited to processing tasks, managing workflows, coordinating post-outs, handling inbound calls from clients and internal stakeholders and debt management.
This 12-month maximum term role is based in Naarm (Melbourne) working full time - Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. You'll spend your first six months in the WFI office completing supervised training and earning your ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification. Following this period, hybrid work arrangements will be offered, aligned with business requirements.
