Join Our Team as a SEN Casework Officer – EHC Team

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs (SEN)? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Casework Officer to join our Children’s Services team.

In this vital role, you’ll:

  • Support families, schools, and professionals through the statutory annual reviews process
  • Manage a caseload of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • Collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure inclusive, high-quality support
  • Help shape and improve SEN services across Walsall

We’re looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a solution-focused mindset, and a commitment to equality and inclusion. Experience working with children and families is essential.
