About the Role:


We’re looking for a highly motivated intern to support our Business Development team in generating new business leads and building a healthy pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities.


This is a hands-on role suited to someone with an interest in sales and social media—and who gets excited by the idea of bringing world-class brands into the agency. You’ll work directly with our Growth team to research key prospects, craft personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn, and attend internal and external networking events to build authentic relationships with key contacts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and identify new stories, articles, and marketing shifts that act as new business signals
  • Identify relevant leads and opportunities across our priority verticals. 
  • Build and maintain outreach lists using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator,, and our CRM
  • Craft and launch tailored outbound messages in line with our TOV
  • Support team members with pre-meeting research, insight gathering, and nurturing
  • Monitor competitor activity and flag new growth opportunities
  • Assist in reporting on lead-gen activity and performance

What We're Looking For:

  • A confident communicator with excellent written English
  • Motivation, a hunger to find, nurture, and win new business 
  • Organised and diligent with a keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM systems is a plus, but not essential
  • A natural team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Passion for social, culture, and the creator economy
