Your Mission
As a Home Solutions Advisor, you are responsible for driving new sales and building a strong referral base. Your duties will include:
- Trusted Consultation: Visually inspecting homes, listening to customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions in person—never through email or fax.
- Value-Based Selling: Educating customers on the value of our products and services, not just the price, and offering financing options to help them move forward with confidence.
- Building Your Business: Actively managing your sales pipeline and driving referrals to grow your own book of business in a regional territory.
- Customer Care: Representing Edelman with professionalism and integrity, always ensuring the customer experience is consistent with our high standards.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have at least 2+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably working with consumers directly in their homes. Experience in retail sales is a desired plus.
- Goal-Oriented: You have a strong desire to succeed and are motivated by key business indicators that measure your performance.
- Professional: You have a professional appearance, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and a knack for building rapport with people.
- Requirements: You must be comfortable using company-furnished technology and have a valid driver’s license.
