What You Can Look Forward To:
Energy Recovery, Inc.is seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate Full-Time job opening for the position of Director, IT Enterprise Systems, within the Information Technology team at our San Leandro, Ca. facility. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of Energy Recovery Inc.’s Enterprise Systems including but not limited to Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics CRM, UltiPro HRIS, Power BI, Data Warehousing, and Cobblestone LMS.
The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $245,000/year with bonus opportunity, equity grant, and other perks. The stated range is the range that we reasonably believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This range may be modified in the future.
What Will You Do?
Lead and manage a team of solution architects and consultants delivering D365 Finance and Operations projects.
Oversee full lifecycle ERP, CRM, and other Enterprise Systems implementations, integrations, ensuring alignment with client business goals and SOX compliance requirements.
Serve as a senior solution architect for complex supply chain and finance implementations.
Develop and refine best practices for ERP delivery, including project management, data migration, and business process optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Drive strategic initiatives to expand service offerings and improve delivery efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in ERP consulting and delivery, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Proven track record of leading ERP implementations.
Strong background in supply chain management, order processing, warehouse management, and project management.
Experience designing and optimizing business processes to support scalable ERP solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience in a leadership role, managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
Experience with IT compliance standards (e.g., SOX) preferred.
