We buy and design sophisticated, trend right, and modern styles we know our customers will love. 

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at our women's clothing boutique that shares space with a distribution center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and an eye for style, providing exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting the perfect outfits, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and staying up to date with the latest fashion trends. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor are essential. If you have a flair for fashion and love helping others look and feel their best, we would love to hear from you!

·     Previous retail experience preferred

·     Driven, goal-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude

·     Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and quickly learn new procedures

 Essential Functions:

·     Deliver excellent customer service consistently

·     Adhere to all store policies and procedures

·     Represent and embody the VICI brand

·     Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor at all times

·     Ensure the sales floor meets visual standards and is properly stocked and replenished

·     Maintain a sense of urgency in all tasks

·     Stay engaged and proactive, constantly finding new ways to add value

·     Be self-motivated and driven. Maintain a positive, can-do attitude

 

Working Conditions and Physical Effort: Standing for long periods of time, heavy customer contact and lifting up to 25 lbs. Employee could be exposed to extreme temperatures (warehouse can be 35-105 degrees).

Wage is dependent upon Skills, Knowledge, Abilities & experience
