Hybrid Team Leader / 3rd Shift (Shawnee, OK, US) en Danfoss

Job Responsibilities

• Lead shift start meetings and assign employees to appropriate work daily, to address changing workloads
• Ensure safe work practices and report safety incidents (near misses, incidents, recordables)
• Performs minor maintenance and troubleshooting
• Drive and consistently demonstrate 5S
  
• Operates equipment according to safety and quality guidelines, with the expectation that the Team Leader will be fully trained and signed off at every operation in their area
• Provide technical assistance to operators as necessary
• Provide coaching adn counseling to improve performance and support positive employee relations

Background and Skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent, from an accredited institution is require
  
• Minimuim one (1) year manufacturing/machining work experience
• Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorshi
  
  

Position Criteria

• Repeatedly lifting up to 40 pounds
• Extensive walking, standing, bending and stooping
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking work environment, and prioritize workload accordingly
• Must have the ability to interact positively with others within the department and across the organization
• Self-motivated and able to self-direct
• Ability to manage cultural change
