Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy EMR & Revenue Cycle Specialist with  strong experience in eClinicalWorks (eCW) to join our team. This full-time position plays a  dual role in financial data oversight and electronic medical record management. The ideal  candidate will have a solid understanding of custom reporting, CPT coding, payor  requirements, and claim processing, and will be comfortable working in both clinical and  financial systems across multiple CVMS office locations. 


Key Responsibilities: 


EMR Reporting & Support 

• Create and customize reports in eClinicalWorks. 

• Run and analyze standard reports for operations, compliance, and performance  metrics. 

• Provide data-driven insights to support leadership and clinical teams. 

• Train staff and providers on effective EMR workflows and features. 

• Perform end-of-month closure processes and reporting (one evening per month). 

Financial & Revenue Cycle Management 

• Maintain the organization’s electronic financial management systems. 

• Ensure accurate recording and centralized reporting of revenue cycle data across  multiple offices. 

• Collaborate with billing teams to ensure claims are processed accurately and in  compliance with payor policies. 

• Support reconciliation of financial and operational data. 

• Identify and help resolve discrepancies in revenue cycle operations

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications: 

• eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience is preferred. 

• Working knowledge of CPT codes, claim formats, and payor guidelines. 

• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations. 

• Experience with Phreesia is a plus. 

• Advanced skills in reporting, data analysis, and interpretation. 

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and training skills. 

• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 

• Prior experience in a multi-location medical practice or physician group preferred.
