Operations Specialist – Autonomous Fleet

Location: Miami Florida   $32 per hour plus benefits!!
Schedule Options:

• Monday-Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM-or

• Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM -both jobs off weekends

About the Role:
Join a fast-moving autonomous ride-hailing company at the forefront of mobility innovation. As an Shift supervisor,, you’ll ensure our AV fleet is mission-ready every day through  overseeing logistics and fleet readiness' cross-team communication. Manage parts and inventory

You’ll work closely with engineering, logistics, and support teams to monitor fleet health, conduct on-vehicle validations, and handle vehicle readiness end-to-end.

🚘 Responsibilities

• Perform daily management of parts and inventory

• Maintain clean and safe work environment

• Act as shift point of contact-help resolve issues

• Maintain detailed logs and communicate calibration status across multiple teams

• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot issues and document solutions

• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, operational readiness, and equipment organization

• Support logistics for vehicle movements and documentation

🔧 Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean record (no points)

• Able to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or mobility operations

• Hands-on technical skills: command line, software tools, troubleshooting

• Strong attention to detail, organized, and reliable

• Team player with excellent communication skills

💡 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

• Background in QA, fleet tech, field ops, or system testing

• Passion for autonomous vehicles, robotics, or mobility technology
