The Ideal Candidate:

LOC Credit Union is looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Chase branch. This role is responsible for driving branch growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive team culture.

Job Highlights

  • Proven experience in sales, service delivery, and operations within a financial institution.
  • Minimum 3 - years of experience in financial services, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • A GED or high school diploma is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Arabic speaking is a plus.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Branch Manager is responsible for overall leadership and success of their assigned branch, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, achieving sales and growth goals, and maintaining operational excellence resulting in high levels of member satisfaction and retention.

This role oversees the day-to-day branch activities including coaching and mentoring team to support growth and performance, and drives branch and Credit Union growth through community engagement and business development initiatives

The Branch Manager must excel in service, communication, product knowledge, problem solving, and accuracy while meeting all service and performance standards. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to high service standards, operational excellence and a desire to grow participation in the Credit Union.
  • Lead, Coach, and develop branch team members to achieve sales, service, operational goals.
  • Provide leadership and direction to branch team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and exceptional member service.
  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, local businesses, and the community to increase visibility, engagement and drive credit union growth.
  • Drive branch performance and credit union growth in deposits, loan production, and member engagement.
  • Monitor and manage branch performance metrics, including sales targets, member satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with direct leadership or senior leadership to implement initiatives, support organizational goals, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Handle complex member concerns and provide timely resolutions.
  • Consistently adhere to the Leadership Code and Expectations
