Company Overview:

MedPro Disposal is a national leader in regulated medical waste and healthcare compliance solutions. We support thousands of healthcare organizations with services spanning biohazard and pharmaceutical waste disposal, OSHA/HIPAA training, and more. With safety, sustainability, and innovation at our core, we’re building a smarter, more compliant future for the healthcare industry.

As we expand our hazardous waste division, we’re seeking a high-performing sales professional ready to grow beyond the traditional account executive role and step into a product-minded leadership track—shaping the direction, strategy, and market positioning of MedPro’s hazardous waste offerings.

Position Summary:

This is not your average sales role. The Hazardous Outbound Account Executive will serve as both a hunter for new business and a strategic product advocate for MedPro’s expanding hazardous and biohazardous waste services. You’ll drive outbound sales initiatives while also collaborating cross-functionally to shape service delivery, market feedback, and product evolution.

This is a career path opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, product leadership, and market growth—with the vision to help lead one of the fastest-growing divisions within MedPro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business

    • Prospect, connect, and close new hazardous waste service accounts with clinics, hospitals, surgical centers, and multi-location healthcare groups

    • Lead consultative conversations around compliance (RCRA, DOT, OSHA), risk mitigation, and cost-saving strategies

    • Execute outbound campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry networking tools

  • Shape Our Hazardous Waste Product Strategy

    • Gather market intelligence and client feedback to inform product development and process improvements

    • Partner with leadership, compliance, and operations to align services with market needs and regulatory changes

    • Act as a voice of the customer—sharing insights on pricing models, packaging, logistics, and client experience

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle

    • Manage the end-to-end sales process: from initial outreach and qualification to proposal, close, and hand-off to onboarding teams

    • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasting, and activity tracking

    • Collaborate with marketing and partner teams on messaging and campaign targeting

  • Become a Future Product Leader

    • Support pilot programs, test new service offerings, and help scale best practices across the organization

    • Contribute to growth planning and strategic decisions in an emerging product category

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare, waste management, or compliance-driven industries
  • Strong knowledge of hazardous waste services (RCRA, DOT, EPA, etc.) is a major plus
  • Proven track record of closing new business and exceeding quotas
  • Experience working in a cross-functional or product-influencing role is a bonus
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-activity environment with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with equivalent industry experience

Compensation & Benefits:

  • OTE: $80,000–$150,000+ (Base salary plus uncapped commissions)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule
  • Career advancement into product or sales leadership roles
  • Ongoing professional development and support
  • Collaborative culture that recognizes performance and initiative

Application Process:
If your application is shortlisted, you’ll be asked to complete a brief sales skills assessment before your initial interview.
