Spreetail is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead to lead day-to-day activities with responsibility for the overall safety, quality, performance and team member experience of Fulfillment Center Operations in Germany.


How you will achieve success:
  • Lead day-to-day activities with responsibility for the overall safety, quality and performance and team member experience of FC operations and other Operations to support Spreetail Business. 
  • Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.   While driving results and approaching obstacles proactively by prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines.  
  • Understands safety procedures, ensure safe working practices and document accidents/incidents timely, and work closely with (HR, Facilities, Safety, and IT) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives.  
  • Perform other duties with flexibility as assigned, rotate to other shifts/departments and working extended hours and holidays as needed including an expectation to arrive at least 30 minutes early and remain at least 30 minutes at end of shift to complete pass downs, reports, and timecard review. 
  • Recognize, mentor, and provide training and development to optimize performance, create organizational depth and individual growth.

  • Dedicated to quality and high standards, with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fulfillment center environment, walking and standing for extended periods of time, lifting up to 30KG, bending, and using mechanical equipment as part of production activities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to handle ambiguity, changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
  • Experienced in MS Office, and other operating systems.
