Then come join us and be a part of our evolving ultrasound department at UCLA Health. Make a positive impact on one of the nation’s top health systems, help ensure the efficient delivery of award-winning patient care and take your professional expertise to the next level.  In this role, you will:  Provide age-appropriate assessment and interventions in order to meet the needs of patients and families servedObtain, evaluate and use information from the patient requisition, medical records, referring physician and correlate with acquired imagesUse cognitive sonographic skills, to identify and differentiate anatomy and pathologyUse independent judgement to produce diagnostic images of human anatomy utilizing diagnostic ultrasound systems for our referring providers and our interpreting physiciansExtend courtesy to our patients, family members, visitors and co-workers through our “World Class Practices” Service Standards Internal candidates will be placed according to their Active/Current career ladder level.Staff Sonographer: One to two years experience within the hospital / acute care settingMust maintain active RDMS certification in one specialty, i.e. Abdomen or OB-GYNGraduate of CAAHAP accredited ultrasound program is strongly preferredSalary Range: $58.74 - $77.50 Hourly Senior Sonographer (Advancement into Senior Sonographer job classification will be assessed after 6 months with UCLA Health): Minimum of four years of prior experience within the hospital / acute care setting Must maintain Active RDMS certification in three specialties: Abdomen, OB-GYN and RVTProficient in Abdomen, OB/Gyn, Pediatric and Vascular Sonography.  Additionally, proficiency in interventional proceduresGraduate of CAAHAP accredited ultrasound school is strongly preferredSalary Range: $65.55 - $79.93 Hourly  Salary Range (Staff through Senior): $58.74 - $79.93 Hourly Solicitar ahora
