As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with investment and portfolio teams to understand their processes, objectives, and challenges, delivering digital, data, and AI-driven solutions that create measurable business impact. Your role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, mapping and prototyping workflows, and providing insights to guide product, design, and engineering teams in developing effective and innovative solutions. Additionally, you will support solution implementation through user acceptance testing, training development, and post-implementation feedback to ensure continuous improvement.Salary range for this position: $87,300-126,500 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
