Position Summary:
Prestige Healthcare Resources Inc. (PHRI) is seeking a transformative Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead enterprise-wide IT operations, infrastructure modernization, AI adoption, and cybersecurity strategy. This role is pivotal in scaling our behavioral health programs nationally while ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with our integrated care delivery model.
The CIO will spearhead our technology roadmap—driving cloud adoption, system unification, data-driven decision-making, and operational automation to support PHRI’s ambitious multi-site expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Design and implement a 3–5-year enterprise IT strategy aligned with growth and national branding.
- Lead digital transformation across departments, including the adoption of AI, machine learning, and automation tools.
- Build scalable infrastructure and data architecture to support ASAM Levels 3.1, 3.5, 3.7 care, residential programs, and telehealth.
Operational Oversight
- Oversee all technology platforms: EHR, CRM, billing, scheduling, and communications.
- Lead Help Desk (Tier 1–2), Network Administration, and Cybersecurity teams.
- Implement centralized asset management, ticketing systems, and data governance protocols.
AI & Innovation
- Deploy AI tools for operational efficiency, such as predictive staffing, billing audits, and patient engagement.
- Integrate AI into behavioral health analytics to improve outcomes and care delivery.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ISO 27001, 42 CFR Part 2, and all state/local health regulations.
- Lead incident response, vulnerability assessments, and policy enforcement.
Team Development
- Recruit and develop IT talent with a focus on leadership, innovation, and accountability.
- Establish internship pipelines with local universities (e.g., Howard, GWU, American U).

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in healthcare or enterprise environments.
- 3+ years leading digital transformation at a multi-site or multi-state organization.
- Direct experience implementing AI-based systems in healthcare operations or patient services.
- Expert knowledge of HIPAA, ISO 27001, and healthcare data interoperability (FHIR, HL7).
